The merger of Beekeeper, the leading mobile-first platform provider for frontline workers, with LumApps values the combined company at over $1 billion. The transaction creates the first fully integrated, AI-based employee portal solution. The new, combined platform will serve more than 7 million users in over 2,000 companies and has a turnover of approximately $150 million.
